  • Read our your hearing aids and check performance and settings

  • Loan aids available should your solution require manufacturer care

Follow-up Appointment

Have you recently been fitted (last 60 days) with us and need some tweaks to improve your solution?

  • Your hearing aid will be readjusted to suit your needs
  • We'll revisited hearing aid management and care as required.
  • Counseling and training as required.
  • We'll check your hearing aid usage and advise on changes you may want to consider.

End of Warranty Recall

Did you receive a message from us that your hearing aid warranty is about to expire? We'll get your solution serviced for you.
Schedule Appointment

  • We'll check your hearing aids
  • Take note of any issues you are having
  • We'll send your hearing aids away for a service while under warranty (if applicable)
  • We'll set up some loan aids, so you can continue hearing well, while your hearing aids are being serviced.
