SoundFlow is the operating system within Phonak Quest hearing aids. It is a high-definition, multi-dimensional environment classification system which provides increased accuracy in the identification of subtle changes in the environment in order to optimise listening comfort for every situation.
Automatic Programs: the Phonak Naida Q70 will automatically switch between these 3 programs depending on the environment.
· Calm Situation – Provides optimal gain for speech understanding and listening comfort when engaging in one-on-one conversations in quiet.
· Speech in Noise – Adapts and reduces noise from behind in real time and applies and optimizes the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in noisy environments.
· Comfort in Noise – Provides comfort in situations where background noise only is present.

- Multi-channel – will look for the loudest noise source is coming from and change the polar pattern to function in that direction while simultaneously following noise sources to reduce listener disturbance from surrounding background noise.
