The Unique 220 XP (U-XP) is a custom device to feature all of Widex’s technology available at the Unique220 level. It includes an automatic program that will adjust the hearing aid settings between three listening environments, a specialised program (Focus Mode) to hear from behind, improved noise reduction for impulse sounds (TruSound Softener) and an enhanced directional microphone to better help conversation in background noise. There are no on-board controls on the device, but the Unique220 XP is wireless compatible. It is a good option for those who have mild difficulties hearing in background noise.
