This appointment helps you better understand your tinnitus and will result in some helpful strategies to manage your tinnitus and know what you can do about it.
What happens during this appointment?
Have you been referred by your doctor to investigate your hearing medically? This appointment results in a detailed medical report being sent back to the referring doctor.
During the appointment:
Do you already own hearing aids purchased elsewhere, but need them optimised? This appointment allows us to gain a thorough understanding of your hearing aids to optimise your existing hearing solution, for hearing aids not purchased from Value Hearing. Pricing depends on proof of purchase from a local hearing clinic. Online purchased hearing aids incur higher fees. The cost of parts or repairs are not included in the fee.

Are your ears feeling blocked and you suspect it is due to wax?
Our Wax removal with Ear health check is for you.
We use microsuction to safely remove the pesky wax from your ears. You'll have the opportunity to see inside your own ears before we start cleaning. We finish up the appointment by doing a quick and painless hearing check, just to be sure all is well.
The Appointment lasts 30 minutes.
