- No Responsibility for Breakages: While we take utmost care during the servicing, we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage or breakages that might occur during the adjustment process.
- Mandatory Manufacturer Repairs: If we determine that your hearing aid is faulty, we may require it to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs before proceeding with adjustments. Adjusting a faulty hearing aid is not in the best interests of the user.
- Out-of-Warranty Costs: Any repairs required for devices that are out of warranty will be the responsibility of the client.
- Equipment Limitations: We can only adjust hearing aids for which we possess the necessary programming software and cables. Typically, this is not an issue for hearing aids sourced from an Australian Hearing clinic.
- Part Replacements: Before adjustments, we may identify the need to replace certain parts on your hearing aids. Any associated costs will be added to your final invoice, post your verbal agreement.
- Expert Advice: Our clinicians will offer advice if they determine your hearing aids are unsuitable or have limited potential for improvement.
- Pensioner Privilege: Pensioners may be eligible for a complimentary appointment, contingent on their recent HSP claim history.
- Relocation Requirement for HSP Clients: Clients with hearing aids under the Hearing Services Program (HSP) will need to transition to Value Hearing's services before the promotional services can be rendered.
- Booking: Appointments are subject to availability and the promotional price is only valid if booked before Christmas.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to do so may result in a fee equivalent to the promotional cost.
