Value Hearing Has Put Its Vision In Writing

Time to Read: 3 minutes

For the last 5 or so years Value Hearing & Tinnitus Solutions has been operating with an undocumented set of Values and an undefined Mission. We knew more or less what we stood for, but these values were never formalised. Until now.

A Vision statement is a very important document that determines what a company stands for and it also dictates how decisions are made within the company and how the staff interacts with our clients. It is what we live by and thrive by.

We do however need your help in keeping us in check according to this vision and the values held within it. So if you see anyone, from director to cleaner not acting in accordance with these values, please point it out to us. This is your right and a way in which you can help us serve you better.
