What is a typical day is like for you?
All my clinics are “remote” so my day begins with some general admin to make sure everything is ready to go for the day. Then appointments begin – testing hearing, fitting and adjusting hearing aids and most importantly building relationships with clients. Mixed in through the day there are phone calls, emails, orders and general clinic work.
What gives you the most satisfaction in your role?
Receiving feedback from clients regarding their experiences with hearing aids and how it has helped them in their daily lives.
What is the typical reaction of a client once they’ve experienced improved hearing?
Thankfulness and a newfound sense of joy and confidence.
