Value Hearing 5% Price Beat Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

1. Price Beat Process: Customers interested in the Price Beat Guarantee must first fill out our form at https://www.valuehearing.com.au/get-a-quote?match=yes. Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible to expedite the process. Our staff will review all the details provided, including price and inclusions. If further clarification is needed, we will attempt to contact the client for additional information. Following this review, we will issue a quote by email to the client if the request is successful. In the event that the request is unsuccessful, we will also notify the client via email.

2. Eligibility: The competing quote must be from an Australian-based clinic that offers face-to-face visits and is located within a 200km radius of the customer's location. The quote must include the cost of the hearing aid, fitting, and a similar level of aftercare. The product must be identical (same brand, model, and features) and in stock at the competitor's store. The Price Beat Guarantee only applies to the total cost quoted for the hearing aid, including fitting and aftercare. It does not extend to any additional services or products not included in the original hearing aid quote.

3. Verification: Customers must provide a valid written quote or a link to an online price from the competitor. Value Hearing reserves the right to verify the price, availability of the competing product, and location of the competitor.

4. Price Beat: If the competing quote meets these conditions, Value Hearing will beat it by 5% by offering an equivalent aftercare package that best matches the quoted care. The final price will be determined after deducting 5% from the competitor's price.

5. Profitability: Value Hearing reserves the right to refuse a price beat if it would result in a loss for our business. The decision to match or beat a price is at the sole discretion of Value Hearing.

6. Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to quotes obtained from online marketplaces, auction sites, wholesale distributors, clearance or closing down sales, second-hand hearing aids, bulk purchase discounts, or quotes from clinics that do not offer face-to-face visits or are located more than 200km away from the customer.

7. Limitations: The Price Beat Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount from Value Hearing. The guarantee is limited to one price beat per product, per customer. Financing may not be available on price beat quotes.

8. Price Beat Gaming: Value Hearing reserves the right to refuse a price beat request if we believe that it is part of a strategy to play us off against another retailer with a price beat policy. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a customer presents a quote from another retailer that has already beaten our price.

9. Changes to the Guarantee: Value Hearing reserves the right to amend or terminate the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

10. Brand Exclusions: The Price Beat Guarantee applies only to known brand models from Phonak, Oticon, Unitron, Widex, GN Resound, Starkey and Signia. White-label hearing aids are excluded from this guarantee. The product must be identical (same brand, model, and features) and in stock at the competitor's store.
11. Right to Refuse Service: Value Hearing retains the right to choose who we work with based on a client's alignment with our values. This is at the sole discretion of Value Hearing.
12. Internal Price Beat Exclusion: The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to Value Hearing's own pricing. Customers cannot request a price beat based on a lower price offered by Value Hearing at a different time, location, or under different conditions. This guarantee is designed to match or beat prices offered by competing clinics, not to adjust Value Hearing's own prices.
